Dr. David Fennelly graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) in 1987 and completed a fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York between 1991 and 1996. He has been a Medical Oncologist at St Vincent’s University Hospital since 1996 and currently serves as Chair of the St Vincent’s University Hospital Medical Board. Dr Fennelly is also Clinical Director of Oncology at St Vincent’s Healthcare Group and Clinical Director of the St Vincent’s/UCD Cancer Centre, which is accredited by the Organisation of European Cancer Institutes (OECI), in addition to acting as the HSE Cancer Lead for the Southeast Region.
